Our event was a great success, and it's all because of you. All of us here at Cherry Hill Classic Cars thank you, and wish you the healthest and happiest New Year! Look at the wonderful collection of toys donated to the Toys for Tots Foundation. In addition to toys, two trucks of our finest Jaguars where filled with food for the Food Bank and dropped off for the Holiday Season. Cherry Hill Classic Cars is hosting a 3x3 Charity. This event is in support of 3 major charities in 3 different ways. The first is by volunteering our facility as a drop-off location for both toys and food, the second, by offering a discount on service for your donation(s), and third, by making a donation in the customer’s name who purchases a new car.
- 5% off for donation of a bag of food or at least 3 cans (Food Bank of South Jersey)
- 10% off for an unwrapped new toy (Toys for Tots)
- A donation to the CARES Institute in the name of the purchaser of a new vehicle
From 1991 – 2008, the Toys for Tots Foundation supplemented local toy collections with 81.3 million toys valued at $487 million. In addition, the Foundation supplied over $6.3 million in promotional materials; this allowed local Toys for Tots Coordinators to conduct successful local drives.
The Goal of Toys For Tots is to deliver a message of hope to underprivileged children, through the gift of a new toy, giving them a reason to become responsible and productive. These less fortunate children across the United States, are part of an uplifting event held each year for three months during the holiday season.
The Food Bank of South Jersey (FBSJ) provides immediate assistance to those who have an urgent need of nutrition and sustainability. In addition to providing food, the FBSJ teaches the importance of a healthy diet, and ways to improve the quality of life. In their 25th year, they have provided over 100 million pounds of food to thousands of families, seniors, and children.
The FBSJ is the largest source of food assistance, both government and non-government in South Jersey. Their sole mission is to eradicate hunger and malnutrition through the supply of wholesome foods to those in immediate need. Disadvantaged individuals of South Jersey have access to charitable wholesome groceries.
The foundation for Children Abuse Research Education & Service has provided care, compassion, and hope to abused children for nearly twenty years. The institute is recognized as a leader in the care and healing of children and families witness to abuse, neglect, and violence.
The CARES Institute provides a number of medical services focused on the therapeutic healing of children, with an individualized plan for the specific needs of each child and their family. They’ve created an environment of professionalism and safety.
